By Oliver Tensley.

Coachella Soccer Club will begin play in USL League Two in 2025. In 2024, Coachella Football Club made their league debut, though the name and logo of the club have been changed.

Rolando Inostroza owned Coachella Football Club as well as Coachella Soccer Club, however, a dispute over team trademarks caused a fracture within the previous organization.

This dispute led to Inostroza deciding to return to USL League Two in 2025 under a rebranded franchise.

The owner envisions a future where his club can make it to Major League Soccer and hopes this moment can relaunch that dream.

A club with the name Coachella Football Club featuring the old logo will compete in UPSL under different ownership.
